Unhappy Personnel To Take Apple To The Fair Work Commission

Apple is copping criticism from disgruntled team members both in Australia and internationally; being taken to the Fair Work Commission later on this week.

The Australian Services Union (ASU) as well as Shop, Distributive and Allied Employees’ Association (SDA) knocked Apple in a joint announcement released by the unions on Tuesday, accusing the tech giant of stopping union organisers from consulting with staff members.

The unions allege the company attempted to press its staff members into taking an unseemly deal following their appeal to extend the consultation process by extending Apple’s target date to August 19 was denied.
